Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Job brief

Intetics Inc., a leading global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Functional Consultant to join team. You will be responsible for leading requirement gathering sessions, identifying client’s needs and transforming them into Dynamics 365/CRM solutions in collaboration with the Architect. You will be the product owner and ensure continuity and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition, you will collaborate with the development team to configure the solution using CRM workflow technology to automate business processes. You will keep current of the latest releases in Dynamics technologies and as such may participate in pre-sales activities such as demos and estimation.

Some of your responsibilities may include training and demoing the solution to the client at the end of a release, or sprint or project


About the project:

Our customer is a legal outsourcing company, they provide lawyers / legal counselors services to other companies on pay by the hour basis. Right now the company is almost 100% offline but they want to automate their business. Dynamics was selected as a primary technology. It will be used to: 

- automate relationship and communication with customers
- document storage and exchange
- billing tracking
- internal processes automation

Wide range of integrations with other services (to be defined in the future) is anticipated.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years doing business process reengineering and business process development
  • 5+ years working directly with clients, leading requirement gathering session, advising on how best to implement and maintain complex projects, translating needs and requirements into solutions and ensuring traceability and continuity are there throughout the project
  • Deep functional knowledge and familiarity with the most current Dynamics 365 Business Applications: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, (Dynamics for Marketing, Customer Insights are a bonus)
  • 5+ years implementation support – configuring solutions using workflow technology to automate business processes
  • Excellent communicatior - demonstrated experience standing in front of a room to either identify and collect requirements or to guide training and help users become confident working with the latest technology
  • 2+ years of experience and advanced domain knowledge in one or more vertical industries: manufacturing, financial services, government, legal, healthcare, property management
  • Always keeping current with the latest releases and updates in Dynamics technologies
  • Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
  • Agile Software Development experience
