As the Global Business Development Director for Intetics Inc., you will be generating profitable revenue growth by refining our sales and business development strategies and processes in line with company vision, values, and budget. In close collaboration with the CEO and COO, you will deliver a clear roadmap of tangible actions to improve sales performance and track progress.
Also, establish revenue projections and sales plans and budget, as well as contribute to the development of marketing strategies to target and acquire new accounts. You also will be a player-coach, building a high-performing and motivated sales team and personally managing key sales and contract negotiations.
For this role, we are very focused on relevant industry experience. A successful Global Sales Director for Intetics Inc. will have experience in B2B sales of software development and other IT services in various verticals and building sales process and teams. This role also requires strong financial, analytical, modelling, communication, writing, and software skills and deep knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and tools.
The ideal individual will have a long history of building a sales process and team and developing strong customer relationships, coupled with the market know-how to specify, strategize, and define new business opportunities.
