Global Business Development (Sales) Director

As the Global Business Development Director for Intetics Inc., you will be generating profitable revenue growth by refining our sales and business development strategies and processes in line with company vision, values, and budget. In close collaboration with the CEO and COO, you will deliver a clear roadmap of tangible actions to improve sales performance and track progress. 

Also, establish revenue projections and sales plans and budget, as well as contribute to the development of marketing strategies to target and acquire new accounts. You also will be a player-coach, building a high-performing and motivated sales team and personally managing key sales and contract negotiations. 

 

For this role, we are very focused on relevant industry experience. A successful Global Sales Director for Intetics Inc. will have experience in B2B sales of software development and other IT services in various verticals and building sales process and teams. This role also requires strong financial, analytical, modelling, communication, writing, and software skills and deep knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and tools.

 

The ideal individual will have a long history of building a sales process and team and developing strong customer relationships, coupled with the market know-how to specify, strategize, and define new business opportunities.

Key objectives:

  • Lead, manage and scale a strong sales organization closely working with the executive team and delivery and marketing departments.
  • Build a strong sales process, create a sales kit, and mentor Sales staff on best practices.
  • Create and manage business development budget.
  • Oversee the work of the Sales team and enforce CRM use.
  • Assign, monitor and report sales KPIs.
  • Cooperate and align with Global Marketing on lead generation and the company promotion, including contributions to case studies, market positioning and featured competitive advantages.
  • Pursue close relationships with key target accounts and help close them.
  • Develop growth strategies for pioneering new markets and opportunities.
  • Identify and suggest optimal pricing strategies through best practices, processes, and tools, including competitive analysis.
  • Develop new sales channels (third-party resellers, partners, referrals, representatives, etc.).
  • Partner with Global Marketing on BANT/CHAMP marketing campaigns.
  • Together with Global Marketing, provide an analytical dashboard on sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor technology and industry trends and products, services, marketing strategies, and performance of global outsourcing and technology markets and the company’s main competitors.
  • Enforce corporate brand book.
  • Build a winning team and organization through hiring and inspiring team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or another relevant field. Advanced degree, MBA or similar, preferred
  • Proven results as a Sales Director/Business Development Manager
  • At least five years of B2B sales and management experience
  • Experience implementing Sales and Business Development processes in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of digital-first demand generation, BANT (CHAMP), content marketing, social media marketing, and ABM concepts
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to manage a distributed team and create a healthy organizational culture
  • Superior analytical skills with a deep understanding of relevant KPIs
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and enforce KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with analytics dashboards, presentation, MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong verbal/written presentation, communication, mentoring and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced, native-like English is a must
  • A demonstrated execution mindset and a record of success holding people accountable
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and self-management skills; unquestionable integrity, credibility, and positive character
