Research and Engagement Manager

REM is a key player in the Account-Based Marketing activity. He or she will establish long-term relationships with potential customers based on in-depth expertise, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

REM is responsible for investigation, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data related to specific markets. REM’s duties also include constant sharing of useful information both prepared by Intetics specialists and from open sources.

As a first-person who gets in touch with prospective clients on behalf of the Intetics Inc. brand REM must have impressive communication and presentation skills. He must be deep in market trends, technology stack, development process, and negotiation process. In a wide perspective REM’s goal is to present Company’s vision, expertise, portfolio, and services during long-term relationships with all the networks in Linkedin, social networks, and direct connections.

To be considered for this position, you will need a minimum of a master’s degree in any science, but Ph.D. is highly appreciated. Strong knowledge of ABM and experience with any CRM or marketing/sales automation tools are a huge advantage.

The Intetics Global Marketing team aims not on direct sales but on the whole team activity which goals are to understand the market, to define key persons, to build a trusted relationship, and to cover the client’s needs. We’re looking for a team player with interesting experience, analytical, and communication skills.

Key objectives:


  • target market identification and research
  • reports development, content creation
  • target audience research and data collection
  • business directories and job boards research


  • proactive usage of social (FB, Twitter) and professional (Linkedin, Xing) networks
  • mail, DM and phone connections
  • content creation and sharing
  • various presentations on different occasions: content, personal and corporate
  • meetings arrangement and participation


  • CRM and task-tracker management
  • work on KPIs and OKRs
  • content and marketing activities requests
  • reporting


  • Ph.D. in any field (or M.Sc. with academic/research experience)
  • Experience in business analysis, financial or marketing analytics, IT sales or similar
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing principles (CHAMP/BANT approach) is important
  • Excellent analytical skills to be able to study and assess large amounts of data
  • Hands-on experience with SMM, marketing and sales automation tools, survey tools, business directories, and analytical sources is a meaningful plus
  • Paramount communication skills, to be able to build a relationship with potential customers and colleagues
  • Broad-minded, to be able to conduct an easy-going conversation with contacts of any level and any field of interests
  • Critical thinking, scientific approach based and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and self-management skills
  • Advanced English (grammar, speaking, and writing) is a must
